The Government of Bihar created a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for implementing the Patna Metro Rail Project. This SPV named as “Patna Metro Rail Limited” is under construction as the Companies Act.
It has now been converted into a Joint Venture of Government of India and Government of Bihar with equal equity holding.
